25.01.2022 Due to unavoidable family matters we have no vet on duty today. If you are seeking urgent care please visit our friends @animalemergencyservice or @aecvets. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. The clinic is still open for over the counter sales, if you need food or preventative medicines please pop in before 2pm. 25.01.2022 It’s officially 4 weeks till Christmas! As our valued clients know we are a small, family owned and operated clinic which means we don’t always get to have a holiday. So we are taking an opportunity to have a break over Xmas to rest and recharge for the New Year. Therefore we will be closed from December 24th to January 3rd, reopening on January the 4th. We appreciate your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. At The Vet Collective, we ask: Avoid visits if you are experiencing flu like symptoms, particularly coughing and sore throats. Avoid handshaking. Greet us with a wave, nod or smile. If you need to get your pet seen but think you might be unwell, please ask a friend to bring your pet, or, request a phone consult. If you’d prefer to wait in your car instead of our waiting room please call reception to inform us of your arrival. Please ensure you have medication and food to last at least four weeks. This can be ordered over the phone and our staff members can bring your items to your car. Please ring to inform us of your arrival. Use our hand sanitizer on the front desk when entering and leaving our clinic. We are a small team and do not have the reserves to cope with prolonged closure.
