The View has a panoramic outlook of the scenic Tamworth Golf Course, with a 96 seat dining room and an outdoor deck that can seat up to 100 people. Along with a busy function room that has a capacity of 150 people, our venue is a dynamic and vibrant workplace. We are looking to welcome an experienced Sous Chef to... join our team on a full time basis where you will become an integral part of our management team, working closely with our Head Chef to provide a consistently high level of customer service as well as train, mentor and manage a team. To be successful in this role you must: Display good communication and organisational skills maintain strict health and hygiene standards. Have previous experience in a similar busy, high volume venue and be available to work a combination of day, evening and weekend shifts. Work to exceptional standards and attention to detail, lead the team and deliver a positive environment. We offer a fun, energetic and vibrant environment in a modern kitchen.
