I am Justine Rich, an extremely dedicated personal trainer and also help my husband Morris run our business Balmain Fitness (a part of our local co...mmunity for over 26 years!) I am passionate about health and fitness and have been my entire adult life. I strive to make every session I deliver as effective, inspired and as much fun as possible so that my clients develop the same love of training. I began strength training over thirty years ago and aim to pass the endless benefits of resistance work on to as many people as possible. I train clients of all ages (ranging from 15 to nearly 80) and I absolutely love the daily interaction with this wide demographic, listening to their stories and helping them to achieve their fitness goals. I honestly feel invested in the health and happiness of each one. I am also the mum to two lovely girls. HOW LONG HAVE YOU LIVED HERE I have lived in Balmain for over thirty years. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT LIVING HERE Definitely the sense of community. Balmain is a physically beautiful suburb but it is the people who are the heart and make it home. I have met some of the best friends you could ever have just having my girls at the local school. FAVOURITE LOCAL PLACE FOR COFFEE/TEA/CHAI ETC.. Espresso Inc Robert St and Bertonis. FAVOURITE LOCAL RESTAURANT\Love them all but the one we go to the most is our local Marina Lunga. Always good food, friendly and the kids love it FAVOURITE LOCAL PUB The Royal Oak for food, The Unity when it’s too early to go home. FAVOURITE LOCAL BUSINESS OUT OF YOUR LITTLE BLACK BOOK? Peta at Blokes, Brian at The Village Sport and def Gladstone Park Bowling Club. This is where us mums have a drink and an end of week catch up whilst the kids run around each Friday. Such a great community feel CONTINUES IN COMMENTS.
