It’s been such an intense time for our motherland Lebanon and the entire Lebanese diaspora globally. Lebanese food is so full of life, colour and flavour. In our cooking, we celebrate and honour our connection to our heritage, and it means SO much that we get to be a part of this, especially now. 02.01.2022 Hand made Lebanese saj bread. My family in the village are making this beautiful fresh bread. We are so lucky to have had ancestors pass down their recipes and methods of cooking. It takes great skill and patience to be able to produce this much bread by hand.
