11.01.2022 [ THE ULTIMATE HIGH TEA BEV ] What could it be? Well in my humble opinion it has to be Pimms + Lemonade the ultimate drink of the British Here's a recipe for my fave Pimms concoction....... > Pimm's No. 1 > Lemonade (fizzy not classic) > Ice > Cucumber peel > Mint leaves > Orange slices > Strawberries (hulled, and halved) 1. Fill your jug to the top with ice 2. Mix 1 part Pimms No. 1 with 3 parts chilled lemonade 3. Crush the mint in your hands to release the fragrance and add along with the cucumber peel (better than using the centre which goes all mushy and yuck), strawberries and orange slices in whichever quantity you like. The rule of thumb is two pieces of cucumber to one strawberry and orange slice but whatever floats your boat!
