You are enough before you do anything else. You are enough from the moment you were born. Please stop thinking if you do more or be more then you will be enough. You are enough already. You are enough regardless of the number on your scales. You are enough regardless of your schooling journey. You are enough regardless of how messy your house is. You are enough regardless of the amount in your bank account. You are enough regardless of what anyone else might have to say. Your enough-ness is not up for debate, it is simply a fact. Love yourself for who you are and what you are right now. You can be committed to upgrading your life and personal growth and still be enough right now. Be mind-blowingly grateful for exactly who you are right. For the life you have. There are undoubtedly millions who wish they had your life. There is nothing you need to do, be, have, or accomplish in order to be enough. You are enough right now. Once you grasp this and know this to be true you will become free.
