15.01.2022 The Watershed is looking for both casual and one full time front of house staff. You must have experience, be proficient at coffee making, have rsa, and genuinely like people and the industry. Hours are flexible, however predominantly daytime only.

15.01.2022 Some people can be so thoughtful! This broken, rusty and cobweb covered chargrill was dumped in our car park, it even has charcoal in it - very handy! Perhaps if you recognise it, you could ask the donator to collect, whilst a very generous gesture, we have no use for it!

11.01.2022 Back in 2006 the City of Salisbury took the bold step to relocate an old building. The world is a much better place as a result! The Watershed, still shining bright in these dim times, truly a jewel of the North.

08.01.2022 We reckon our vegetarian tart with a pear and walnut salad is a bit special, but don’t take our word for it.... To the Management, Today I had the best experience. Not only was I accommodated with a correction to my receipt from a previous meal on Saturday (booking Moore x5), I was made to feel the management were happy to oblige. Then to top it off, after salivating over the aroma of the Vegetarian tart and nearly drowning in my own droolings while driving home to Gawler, it got even better when I ate the meal and unexpected salad. Can’t wait for another reason to visit your establishment again. Great place, fantastic staff and the most wonderful food. Thank you and your staff. Regards Jan

08.01.2022 Monday 1 June, at 8am, the doors to the Watershed will swing open once again! We will extract ourselves from our PJ’s, put our long suffering bed socks in the wash, drag a brush through our bed hair and make magic again!

02.01.2022 Wow, what a year! We have never experienced anything quite like it. A giant thank you to our amazing customers, your encouragement and kindness has been overwhelming. Thank you to our awesome staff, the flexibility and patience you have shown has been incredible - you are worth your weight in French Champagne. The world is exhausted, and so are we - we will take a little break, back open on Tuesday 29 December. Merry Christmas everyone.
