25.01.2022 Wedding Plan B’s. It is always so important to make those back up plans incase Plan A dosent work. This venue has the most stunning views over nanarup beach but what also comes with that is usually strong winds- on the wedding day due to this factor we could not set up the ceremony in our desired spot- around 2 hours prior that call was finally made to go to Plan B and this was the finished product. ... 11.01.2022 So what is it you exactly do on the day? . This is one of the most common questions we get asked and it is always so hard to put every little item we do into words... Here are a few photos that explain some of the many tasks Planners/ Coordinators/ Stylists May do. ... For me my Wedding Day tasks usually consist of potential Runs before my Morning check in with my Bride to make sure you are A-Ok, Vendor bump in and styling set up, management of ceremony including ushering guests, showing your little ones how to walk down the aisle and throw the petals down, telling your bridesmaids when to walk, Holding your train or veil so you are able to make your grand entrance accident free- sometimes im the IPod lady, bouquet / bag holder, Tissue magician- we have got you covered!! Usually after the ceremony we are the ones who ensure the Bridal party actually get a bridal hamper and esky full of drinks for photos, then we keep your guests on check whilst you enjoy your photo session. . I love seeing my clients reactions when they first see their wedding Reception and all the hard work that has paid off- this is the best feeling watching the joy on your faces.
