We live in a word of Duality. It is Light AND Dark. And that IS perfect. No matter how much work you do, to create your dream life.. Darkness and Shadows can and will still show up.. Its our ability to transmute it, work WITH it and THRU it that make us true magicians, true alchemists, true CREATORS Our greatest lessons come from our darkest moments and greatest challenges! Our ability to swim to the depths of our own despair, look it squarely in the eyes, see it, love it, honour and accept it and swim back up again is also our ability to experience and embody absolute joy... The physics law of conservation states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another. So you see that Darkness? It is actually a gift. It is an offering of Energy, it is CREATION The question is, what are you going to choose to do with it? Im not afraid of the Dark. My Dark, or your Dark... 22.01.2022 I think this a big one for all of us. How much easier is it to get angry, defensive and remain guarded than express our deep hurt and pain in an authentic and vulnerable way? Vulnerability is something Im learning to embrace, cos to be honest, Im incredibly guarded... and its time to change that... ... Im starting to realise, that by not being vulnerable, we are simply neglecting our true needs, desires and emotions... Its time to be more real

20.01.2022 From a young age, we are programmed to ‘not know’... We are told to ask an adult, ask a friend, ask an ‘expert’... That what our truth is, is wrong, and we allow other people’s beliefs ideas and advice override our own innate intelligence. If we say ‘I don’t know’ someone usually chimes in with an answer, trying to be helpful - which could be 100% right for them, but completely incorrect for ourselves... ... Many of us have created the limiting belief that we don’t know or use it as internal and external dialogue so much that we are literally cutting off the communication lines to our Higher Self, and our All Knowingness. One of the best things I ever did, was stop saying ‘I don’t know’ and starting staying, ‘it will come to me’ or ‘I’m in the process of figuring it out’ or ‘I’m learning’ My whole world changed when I learnt to expect the answer will come, knowing I have all the tools and resources to know what’s right for me - AS WE ALL DO. Nowadays I simply ask a question and the answer pops into my head. That could never happen while I was telling myself - I don’t know. Train yourself to find the answers within. How else are you going to live the life of YOUR dreams if your not allowing your own inner intelligence to guide you? You know. You have always known. It’s time to remember

The only person that can heal your heart, that can fulfil your needs, that can get you out of your funk and get you moving forward ~ is YOU. ... You need to choose it. You need to want it. You need to make the decision to be different. You need to stop wallowing in your shit. You need to stop looking for reasons to be unhappy and You need to stop asking others to validate your victim mentally. You need to let go of the old stories and you need to learn connect with others from a different space - a healthier space, a friendly and welcoming space. You are responsible for your own healing. No one else. I dont know who needs to hear this, but I know I needed to put it out there...
