The recipe is below: INGREDIENTS 8 pitted medjool dates ... 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1 tsp ground cinnamon Pinch of salt 1/4 cup hulled tahini 2-3 tbsp water 1/2 cup buckwheat kernels (optional) . METHOD: 1. Combine all ingredients (except buckwheat kernels) into a food processor until the mixture begins to become sticky. If it is too dry add more water. 2. Add in the buckwheat kernels and pulse a few more times. You dont want the kernels to lose their shape. 3. Roll into balls with slightly wet hands and cover in coconut or sesame seeds! 4.
