Many are presented with hunger this is this is the feeling that you have before your body gets into a mild form of ketosis.... Perfect time to exercise your resistance muscle and reaffirm your why goals, your affirmations, how you will combat your moments of thoughts of temptation. You will notice what will help with this task is adopting intermittent fasting. I.e eat within an 8 hour bracket /fast for 16. Even if you are not tempted to overeat today you will be faced with these trigger situations many times during your journey. Today practice no over eating. How to ensure you don’t over eat. Task - Open up your steps program book, - get out scales and weigh what you are to eat. - This reseats the mind of how much you should eat rather than what your mind thinks you are entitled to eat.
