17.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY - Kim Gomez Congratulations goes out to KiM Gomez who made herself a priority so she could be really present for her daughter. Before I was sitting at the playground watching my daughter play, usually with a sugary drink in hand. I thought I was giving my daughter a good Mum. I wanted to be out there running with her. But I would tel myself "I can't". I was exhausted, moody, stressed, too sore and overweight to run with Izzy.... Now I am off the bench, healthy drink in hand. running as fast as I can with Izzy, swinging on the monkey bars, sliding down the slide and enjoying every moment with my little girl. I am not over tired, I am not moody, sore or exhausted. I am happy, energetic and excited by life. This is the kind of mum I want my daughter to remember!! Congratulations Kim!
