24.01.2022 Jack is back for another holiday at The Retreat! Poor Jack has had a few health concerns over the past few weeks so we was very happy to hop out of his carrier and NOT be at the vets again! Jack had a quick brush yesterday even though he was more interested in our new plants (sacrificial rabbit plants) he hadn't had a chance to chin yet! @jackrabbit4507

21.01.2022 The Retreat Spa has been VERY popular over the past few months! BUT we are back to our usual weekend appointments with the odd weekday available (when I'm working from home) for all grooming only bookings. Limited appointments are available Saturday + Sunday 9 - 1pm. #bunnybarber

15.01.2022 Thumper had his nails clipped and deshedding brush this morning at The Retreat Spa! He isn't too keen on being brushed but with regular breaks and a few apple treats we managed to groom him very quickly. If you squint and look from afar you would almost think your looking at #georgeclooney with his salt and pepper coat! Thumper is heading home tomorrow looking and feeling like a brand new bun

14.01.2022 Sadly (for us), Miss Indii is heading home tomorrow...well a NEW upgraded home her grandparents have been painting and setting up all ready for Indii's return tomorrow! This afternoon, Indii had her Mani/pedi plus deshedding brush, which she just loved! - Talk about #freshholidayfeels

He is a foster fail and has recently been adopted - Although not bonded with Phoebe, he is living his very best life and now he too will tag along with Phoebe for their routine spa treatments #together. 10.01.2022 Our buddy Joe-Bunny is back for a few days holiday and his mum thought WHY NOT spoil him whilst he is here! Joe-Bunny had his spa session at The Retreat Spa this afternoon, his nails clipped and thorough deshedding brush. Always lovely to see Joe-Bunny and even better when he is on holidays with us!

09.01.2022 Indii one of our adopted @lostsoulsrabbitrefuge buns is back....but this time just for a holiday! It's so lovely to see Indii again, she was adopted back in August 2019 - as you can see she is all ears, all the better to hear the treat container!! Some things really don't change....She still has her epic butt twitches when you give her banana!

06.01.2022 Noir + Rouge checked into The Retreat Spa this morning for their routine nail clip and deshed brush appointment! Always lovely to see these two big buns, they are so well behaved and just LOVE to be LOVED. Their mum has just finished her exams and thought Noir + Rouge certainly deserved to be spoilt today - They left feeling a few fur kilos lighter and their coats feel so soft and healthy! #TheRetreatSpa

04.01.2022 With the recent Cylap vaccination shortage around Australia, we ask all clients booked in for holiday boarding over the next few months to plan their vet visits ahead. Contact your rabbits vet and confirm they will have stock available for your rabbit or rabbits - Please note we still require ALL rabbits to be vaccinated and up to date with their vaccinations (vaccination certificate) prior to arrival for boarding. We won't accept unvaccinated rabbits or rabbits that are overdue (past 6 months).

03.01.2022 Miss Layla had her supervised outdoor time this afternoon, we even managed to get an hour of two of sun! Layla loved jumping in the big pots we grow our citrus in, she was able to reach up and 'help' prune the lower branches for us as well - Layla heads home on Friday after a short holiday with us @ The Retreat!

02.01.2022 I hear the pop of the jar.......that means it's EARLY treat time?! Poppy is catching on very quickly about our special treat time here. We only use the very best treats for our guests - We guarantee no fillers, pellets or binders are used and the flavours are out of this world! The buns love them!
