25.01.2022 Oh boy, it feels like FOREVER since we stood this close to another human (outside our own household!), not to mention we haven’t worn make up or perhaps even brushed our hair in what feels like months. Crystal’s hair now actually resembles more of a balayage look #notintentional Today - we had one of our fave uber-eats Zoom meetings we hadn’t caught up together in what seems like yonkers because we’ve been squirrelled away, super busy working with our amazing clients and a...ll the other good fun with kids home and so we chit chatted each others ears off for 3 HOURS! Our pipeline and client list that we currently have, and what’s to come - is just SO FLIPPING EXCITING - We’re definitely going to take out the rest of this year on a high note! 25.01.2022 When you haven't seen each other in agggeeees but you can't hug at the moment so you just have to do a synchronised shimmy! Thats us - Jess & Crystal. We're the dreamers creating all sorts of visual magic and we wanted to pop up on your feed to let you know that we have been so super-duper busy that we FORGOT to celebrate our 2nd birthday!! Woweee! It’s both gone like the blink of an eye but also gone super slow at the same time. 21.01.2022 You know when you see brands come together that are just MADE for one another? Like a match made in picnic heaven - these gals have combined their epic forces to create some seriously colourful magic together. Their splashing their wonderfully wild imaginations to bring that green grass in the park some rainbow love! When we see amazing collaborations come together like this, it makes us so damn happy. It just goes to show that great things can be achieved together, just by s...haring our brilliance. We were so stoked to be a part of the razzle dazzle of this launch. If you're looking for a book as a pressie for another lass in biz, Play Big, Brand Bold is THE go-to guide to building a stand-out brand, inspiring you to get out of your own way and understand how to hire yourself as the CEO in your business. Your attitude determines your direction and Suz never ceases to amaz...e us with the way she keeps taking things higher and higher (her latest post is a testament of this!). 14.01.2022 The monotony of Iso Groundhog Day 2.0 can really get you in the pits some day’s! Working from home with kiddos is just such a juggle. One day moulds into another and then the week is gone and then all of a sudden it’s August (wtf!) But then we get these sweet little words in our inboxes, after we’ve poured our creative souls into a new brand... and ALL. IS. WELL. Our cups are well and truly filled. It’s exactly what we needed as a reminder that what we do has such a purpo...se and we feel the feels so deeply in our bones because we care about it so darn much. We are hanging for the day us Melbournites can be free to frolick out of lockdown again - but will still be able to look back on these times and go HOT DAMN we achieved some bloody great things! To the gal that wrote these words today, thank you, you know who you are and bring on the next phase in your epic journey! 12.01.2022 Hi there, Jess here! How are you going? Today is Crystals’s birthday so I wanted to jump in and say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! There is no better time than this superstars birthday to share how frickin amazing I think she is. I am so so lucky to be able to call her my business partner, friend, work wife and cheerleader. It is no secret I think she is a genius. ... Everyday she is wows me with her ability to interpret our clients purpose, values and target audience into the most kickass brand. With her design talents it really does excite me thinking of the amazing brands we will get to work with in the future, so far it has totally exceeded any expectations I may have had!!!! She is a superstar product photographer, she is epic at story boarding and directing videos, she is a font expert, colour palette meaning extraordinaire, colour lover and has extremely high standards. In her graphic design uni course she has only ever got high distinctions. That says a lot!!!! She is also an amazing mama, wife and friend. Although this is a lockdown birthday for you @co_design, I hope that you have the most amazing day. Thank you for being you!!!!

11.01.2022 What a rollercoaster of a week! Actually that pretty much sums up the last 6 months. Last Sunday, Dan Andrews made an announcement that has put a hold on photoshoots for at least another month. Boo hoo! We have so many of you wanting branding shoots, loads of whom have started planning so we can hit the ground running when the restrictions lift! We will have to just be patient together! But the list is filling, so if you want to in on the action get in touch and we’ll a...dd you on in. We’ve been super lucky to have worked with some incredible brands this year too - watching you release your shiny wings proudly makes us feel so chuffed! If this is on your radar, your to-do list, squirrelled away somewhere in your mind as something you really want/need/love - then please get in touch. We are pretty much full as a goog till 2021, but as you know - Jess loves a chat ;-) and we would love to kick things off for you to get in the zone and start planning. 10.01.2022 Exciting news! A few months ago... early lockdown days... Jess did a branding shoot for Steph Tinder from The Digital Apprenticeship - our fabs Rose & Clive kindly let us use their closed cafe for the shoot. See a few photos here! A few weeks ago Steph invited Jess to be on her podcast to share her expertise on ‘creating content like a pro’ and it went live yesterday!!! 2020 has brought some good things for us and being asked to be on podcasts are definitely one of those goo...d things! 09.01.2022 4 days bunkered down in an air bnb together has almost come to an end. Whenever we have told people we spend 14-16 hours a day working when we do these little work vacays every 3-4 months - they say we are crazy! Poor us! But no! It couldn’t be more the opposite. We are so fulfilled, we absolutely LOVE what we do - and these trips give us such clarity for our amazing little biz. Who else takes time away from the grind of life for their business?

09.01.2022 Oh hey, Crystal here! When I landed the brand refresh for @idpetaustralia I spent a significant amount of time just staring longingly at *seriously* cute dog pics. I am a complete sucker for a sausage dog. Look at RALPH! STOP. IT. Bringing the rainbow love and full spectrum of colour for this brand basically made me long for another pup. But with one very anti-social jack russell and a free range rabbit that I think my husband actually adores more than he does me - w...e've probably got our hands full idPet create fun, personalised pet products with PAWsonality! Passionate about all things personalised for our companion animals and their PAWrents, they live and breathe bright, practical and personal designs. They love to support artists (if you check out their website, you may spy one of our faves @deb.mcnaughton ) with their art series collab commissions and also print in Australia. They give identity to our fur babies in the way they deserve. The branding created for them is pretty paw-some, not taking life seriously, oozing friendliness, totally approachable, fun, passionate, colourful and little wild! 07.01.2022 Crystal: 2020 - Wowee what a year you have been (insert deep exhale). Somehow we have grown our business and kicked goals all over the place, whilst homeschooling our children and always investing in more learning. We're not going to lie ... it has been tough but looking back at the whirlwind, so incredibly rewarding. We are so grateful to be doing what we do We are calling it now... 2021 you are going to be epic! We have some very exciting things we are planning to creat...e in Jan on our quarterly work vacay. Until then, our out of office responders are on till the 11th of Jan. See you on the flip side and we hope each and every one of you enjoy this much deserved break. 07.01.2022 Who loves indoor plants ? We do!!!! We did Tamara from @inbloomhorticulture branding back in October last year, #timeflies, since then she has gone from strength to strength selling and sharing her expertise as a horticulturists in the space behind the peach roller door at @zudis_concept_store in Mentone. She really blows us away with her plant whispering and recently changed Jess’s world who has always struggled to clean the dust off her indoor plants. She suggested that once a month or so Jess should put her Zanzibar in the shower and give it a good drink and drain. Apparently Zanzibars don’t like dust... so the shower cleans the dust too!!!! Who knew, since then her Zanzibar is looking SO happy! YAY!!! Tamara you are a genius, saving the world one plant baby at time! @ Mentone, Victoria, Australia

01.01.2022 How cool is it that we got to work with the epic Emily Osmond and create a kickass set of photos and video clips. Emily is super clear on her purpose, her audience and what she was going to be using the photos and video clips from our shoot. After Emily filled in our questionnaire, we jumped in a zoom and went through all that she wanted to achieve so that we could ensure we were on the same page! For anyone that had has a shoot with Jess you will know she works fast and sh...e always over delivers. We want to work with our clients over and over not just once!
