15.01.2022 // Starting Luludu was such a natural decision for me, it allowed me to create something unique and purposeful, to provide employment to women who desperately needed it, and to bring awareness to much bigger issues. However starting a business is not easy, and there are so many things I wish I had known in the early days that could've helped my business immensely. I want to help women avoid making the same mistakes I made, to be financ...ially abundant and live in a space driven by passion and purpose. So I have created a free downloadable eBook called Creating a Successful Business with Soul which you can download from Wildflower Creative today. I truly want to see women rise (and to see the patriarchy dismantled, but that's another conversation for another time). 03.01.2022 I am so proud of Cheray from @tree_of_stars for dreaming up this vision for her 2020 Lunar Calendar. This beautiful poster has been lovingly and intentionally manifested as a tool for aligning ourselves with the sacred cycles of the Moon and Her influential dance through the signs of the zodiac. During our brainstorming sessions, Cheray told me which herbs she felt a most supported women, particularly in menstrual health, hormonal balance and womb healing (red clover, rose, m...ugwort, calendula and lemon balm) which I then illustrated for the border. At the bottom of the calendar you will find guides to the symbols and moon phases used throughout to assist your monthly tracking. No doubt this beautiful, purposeful calendar will be a permanent fixture on my wall for 2020, and I am so excited about tracking my personal cycle and that of the moon. 01.01.2022 For me it feels like this has been years in the making - and now my brand new online home is almost here. But before I release her I want to ensure every page is filled with meaning, purpose and love. It’s been a journey starting this new business, but this time instead of pushing myself at the risk of burnout, I am choosing to let the creativity flow, and taking rest when needed. In the past I have worked well into the night, early mornings, pushed back meals, and in the pro...cess have missed out on seeing the bigger picture. I now know it’s important to take steps back to breathe, to re-evaluate when needed, and to see where opportunities are being missed. The creation of Wildflower is filled with yoga breaks, essential oils, dance sessions and meditations. And I hope to be able to continue this process when it is time to start taking on new beautiful clients, to ensure their work is filled with as much beauty, grace and clarity as possible.
