06.01.2022 I received the most lovely review from one of my clients last week THANK YOU Lisa :) "I decided that even though I am pregnant with my 2nd child that I needed a different approach to this labour business! The first time round, I went with the flow but ended up being induced with little information about the process and how to deal with the intensity of pain as labour progressed. I was pretty scared! I didn't want to feel unprepared this time round and so found the lovely Amel...ia to educate my husband and I about The Wise Hippo Birthing programme and learn about hypnobirthing. What I loved about Amelia's approach is that she's pretty 'normal'(obviously in a good way), no hippy dippy approach or talk and explained the calming techniques effortlessly. I have gone from feeling aprehensive and anxious to feeling like I may just have some control and techniques on how to cope when labour starts in hopefully 5 weeks time and am definitely feeling very positive.
