Struggling with my body image as well as my fitness levels the 8 week challenge was just what I needed to kick into gear . The trainers make you feel so welcomed and really put their heart and soul into training you so you get the most out of the 8 week challenge . 5.6kgs down I’m feeling a huge difference in not just my fitness levels but my outlook on exercise and my health . A huge thank you to the woodshed family for helping me reach my goal . Looking forward to the next challenge’

19.01.2022 Are you fully activating your core? Are abs made in the kitchen or the gym? Do you get a sore lower back during some exercises? We encourage our clients to reshape their mentality around working their core so they can get even more benefits from our sessions. Many people are too focused on quickly finishing a set or mindlessly punching out as many reps as possible. We teach our clients that quality is much more important than quantity. Create as much tension on the core as possible and shorten the abs throughout ab exercises but also other lifts like the squat.
