16.01.2022 Calling on all cue sports players attending Rodney Martins funeral tomorrow, it has been requested by the family if you could wear your eightball, snooker or billiard shirts and bring your cues for a guard of honour at the service.

11.01.2022 If you missed last Wednesday's Tasmanian Poetry Festival's, Australian Poetry Slam's Tasmanian Heats, don't be disappointed. The Slam Final will be held on Wednesday, August 3 here at The Workers from 7pm-10pm. Entry is $5.

04.01.2022 Very sad to hear today of the passing of our best security guard, eightball/snooker player, amazing committee man and all round good friend Rodney Martin. The Launceston Workers club would like to pass on our sincere condolences to Louise and family in this sad time. A super bloke and a friend of many. He will be sadly missed.

We are holding a Christmas Party on the 23rd of December with half price drinks and free food supplied, as I must stress, it's only half price for members but all are welcome!
