24.01.2022 Hi Guys, I just wanted to let you all know, two students; Pooja & Merelien had their first LV mtg today & the LV reminded us all to keep the PRAK doc as a living document & therefore in the evidence column - pls keep aware that as you're progressing through your placement, pls add any aspects such as: completing training, having specific conversations, activities achieved etc - along the way as opposed to having to find these at the end of the placement. I hope this makes sense. Happy to clarify if needed.

It's a model of communication called Non Violent Communication - it basically enables one to own & express their observations, feelings & needs in a way that is not in any way charged or blaming. It was highly relevant to the client group relevant this am but honestly I think it's valuable for all people in all their r'ships.
