Some volume and time under tension will be added to our 3 major lifts and our accessory movements.... 13.01.2022 Member Spotlight @kirbylagohair I am absolutely loving training at The Yard Gym. I started training 6 weeks after giving birth, and to be honest at first I was nervous getting back into the gym after having my third baby, but straight away the trainers made me feel so comfortable and supported, easing me back into it and looking after me. It’s amazing that I already noticed the difference in my body and energy levels because I am on my feet more than 50 hours a week in the salon and need all the energy. Going to The Yard is now part of my weekly routine! Well done Kirbs, you’re a huge inspiration to mamas, bad ass businesswoman and all women in general! #teamyard
