Share her love of Yoga and experience the improvement to your health and well-being. Starting on the 18th of February, an 8 Week Course , $128.00 either face to face or Online, or mix it up.

Practicing yoga allows women to discover and recognize their inner capabilities by focusing on themselves from the inside out. This can help them to define their core values and discover what they really need to flourish, enabling them to eventually let go of the ideal image set by society. This allows women to accept themselves the way they are and to feel empowered to grow as humans.

14.01.2022 Did you know it is more than than just muscles and tissues that benefit when we stretch. There are 7 major chakras, or energy centres along the spine which also receive benefits with every movement. It's not something you can see, but you can certainly feel it. Blockages are released and you are able to lift in life. The crown chakra at the very top of the head and it receives a big benefit when we invert,such as turning the head head upside down as we do in the down dog. This also trigger the Pineal gland deep in the centre of the skull. This is an amazing little endocrine gland that also contains tissues similar to that in your eyes;, it responds to light. So do people actually glow or appear radiant? Well yes, maybe they do.
