19.01.2022 It’s almost been three weeks, since I have had to shut the studio due to covid. To say I miss all of my beautiful clients, would be an understatement. I hope everyone is safe, staying sane, and happy ! I have been using my time very wisely, and look forward to making magic on the mat again with you all very soon ... Aimed at beginners, and those who would like to restore, revalitiase and nourish the body, mind and soul, for a whole hour !! So, Wednesday and Thursday night, 7-8pm.. And Friday morning, 9:15-10:15am classes, are now permanent STRETCH classes ! See you on the mat x x x x x x

07.01.2022 Today is the Queen’s birthday and most people had the day off. But I worked, with a real QUEEN named Holly. An inspirational 21 year old who lost her leg to a tiger shark, crayfish diving off Lockhart river in FNQ 2 months ago. It hasn’t hit the media yet. I have Been given the pleasure of working with her, by the recommendation of her amazing orthopaedic surgeon Andrew, a client of mine, who amputated her leg. ... Today was our first yoga rehabilitation session. Holly’s strength, resilience, positivity and determination are what makes her in my eyes, a QUEEN Upon our first meeting a few weeks ago, I mentioned we would do some deep trauma meditation to help deal with her new reality. Her reply I’m not traumatised, I’m so grateful to be alive... life’s good What a bloody amazing woman she is!!!! Soon her prosthetic leg will be fitted (she even has a detachable fin so she can keep diving) and then she will be unstoppable. I can’t wait to be a part of her journey over the next few months. There’s a lesson in this for us all... Life doesn’t always turn out the way you had planned. But that doesn’t mean it has to be any less magical ! Turn your attitude to gratitude and your whole life changes QUEEN

His dedication and determination, to turning his life around, has been an absolute pleasure to witness. He trains at Nukzu Muay Thai gym 5-6 days a week, and has dropped a whopping 100+ kilos ! Upon watching his transformation, I’ve gifted him 6 months free membership at my yoga studio, to encourage him to keep working on the best version of himself possible ! ... Every week, James is at yoga, making tremendous progress in his poses, and finding peace within himself. Well done James, it is such an inspiration to watch your body, mind and spirit strengthen. It is an honour having you on the mat.
