When you are able to just let go, release the restrictions of your thinking mind, relax and move deeper into your pose, your body will surprise you as to where it can take you. Looking forward to our Friday Candlelight session. 6.00pm in the Church Auditorium.

18.01.2022 Hi Everyone, its been a while since we last connected and unfortunately a while longer. As we have our base at the church, we are reliant on them to open the space for our community. Unfortunately, after a meeting last night held by the church, they have made the decision to keep closed at this stage. We will keep you updated when we find out further news. There are a number of virtual classes available to keep you going until our return. Jacqui has Yin running on Zoom, Wednesday and Friday. Just join Yin with Jacqui. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
