25.01.2022 The Yoga Spot page has been quiet as my family has made the transition from the gorgeous community in Mudgee to our beautiful new home in Broke. Yoga has taught me many things, and awareness and breath is always at the root of how I use yoga. The process has been exciting but difficult. Im slowly finding balance and this is the first post in about a month. Im settled and on my mat again. I am looking forward to growing here in the Hunter Valley, and I look forward to the things in the future. I will always be grateful for my time in Mudgee and the community we created. I hope through the practice of yoga and love of vineyards... we shall meet again soon Mudgee. Stay tuned for the next exciting adventure.... we shall practice again soon!

02.01.2022 Im not great at goodbyes and have been juggling an over busy life for the past few weeks. Ive probably let a few things slip through the cracks and my apologies for a few canceled classes. Tomorrow though I have organised to practice one more time with our yoga community.
