23.01.2022 Yoga, Meditation and Fun Retreat, Ubud, Bali. Lots of fun today:-) We did a Balinese cooking class. Yummo! Lots of chopping frying, laughing, tasting and salivating! Finally we got to eat our feast. Our gentle afternoon yoga sessions have been very replenishing and relaxing.

Morning yoga, jewellery shopping, a walk in the rice paddies followed by lunch at Sari Organiks. A refreshing swim in the pool, more yoga and a Balinese banquet at Yellow Flower Cafe. Fabulous day! 04.01.2022 YogaPlusPhysio is a small yoga studio and Physiotherapy practice in The Gap. Our yoga classes are small and personalised and we have a great timetable. Many classes at taught by a Physio (Sonja) and are a little more therapy focussed while other classes are for those who are more fit and healthy. Our usual timetable will be starting up at the end of January, but we have a few HOLIDAY CLASSES in the meantime, NEXT WEEK on Tuesday and Thursday evening 7.15, $15. Give us a try! Pm me to book.
