25.01.2022 The shelter building on our program is always such a powerful experience. Parents and children often come out of their shells when working together to create something. Added bonus, the shelters are always very impressive.

23.01.2022 The journey onto the property is a big part of our program. It helps all of our participants and facilitators to move their minds and focus from the business of day to day life and into the present moment. Taking the time to drop into a new environment is important and can be as simple as taking three mindful breaths.

The Younger Heroes is for a parent and child that wish to share in the experience together. Whether you and your child are the best of friends or feel you could be closer, it is for everyone.
