25.01.2022 So much wisdom revloves around being in the moment and living for today. So why not hit two birds with one stone and do something today that will also benefit you in the future. Whether it be working on the foundation to building your dream job, saving money for a rainy day, using sunscreen (or better yet, quitting smoking) to save your future skin. There are all these things you can do for your future self that can actually feel good in the moment. What are you working on for your future self?

23.01.2022 Just because you cant be with your friends while social distancing doesnt mean you cant play with them. And having fun isnt only for kids. Studies show that playing games as an adult can help you tackle your stress and boost your overall well being - something that we all need during these times. Here are some games you can try out over the weekend. Enjoy

17.01.2022 It was such a pleasure meeting with @nataliesuleymanmp today! We discussed the current challenges/key issues that young people are facing and the support we have been providing during COVID - 19.
17.01.2022 It shouldn't be up to victims of family violence to leave their home in order to find safety. Especially now. That's why we're providing 1,500 new spaces in sho...rt-term accommodation and behaviour-change programs for people who have been violent or abusive at home or believe they're at risk of going down that path. It will get perpetrators out of the house and make sure families have a safe place to live without the stress of trying to move themselves. Perpetrators will be given the professional help they need to change their behaviour keeping them accountable and in full sight. And because we know early intervention can make a huge difference, we're also creating an extra 400 places in support programs for at-risk young people to help them stop using violence and break the cycle. This is an incredibly stressful time for everyone but there's simply no excuse for family violence. Not now. Not ever.

10.01.2022 September is National Suicide Prevention Month. While suicide prevention is important to address year-round, Suicide Prevention Month provides a dedicated time to come together with collective passion and strength around a difficult topic. The truth is, we can all benefit from honest conversations about mental health conditions and suicide, because just one conversation can change a life. Images via @hopefortheday

02.01.2022 There are many psychological benefits to being grateful, including feeling happier and lowering stress, depression and anxiety. Not only that, there is also scientific evidence that expressing genuine gratitude on a daily basis can improve physical health as well by improving quality of sleep, cardiovascular (heart) health and immune function. Imagine that something as simple as how we think about our lives and the people in them actually has a profound impact on our health...! Take a few minutes from your day to think about what you are grateful for
