20.01.2022 Online meetings don’t have to be boring, or death by PowerPoint I have this roller in my home studio and facilitate meetings the same as if it were in person. HOT TIP: when you’re writing on a board in a digital meeting, people cannot look around you/others to see what is being written. I found writing the ideas/comments on post-it notes while looking at the screen is a lot more engaging, and then placing them in the box of the topic we are discussing on the board behind.

Each week they read a book, share the best bits, have a laugh (often at themselves) and talk about other books that may support or conflict the ideas. The latest Loserthink looks very interesting!... I think It like book courting. If I love basic ideas in Podcast I’ll add the book on my list. If not, I’ve just saved a chunk of time. Talking of making the most of time, I put the speed on 1.5x when listening. Your brain can consume audio at about 1.8x normal speech rate but at 1.5x it’s a little easier.
