17.01.2022 A big question I get a lot is what is better, LIGHT weight more reps or heavy WEIGHT less reps? The answer is both !!! . Lifting lighter weight with more repetition really targets more muscle endurance which allows us to go longer periods of time before building up to much lactic acid in and around our muscles . . To go heavy weights with less repetition it is really building on our strength and targeting specific muscle groups ...
