This THICC Cookie is a blend of Toby's Estate Broadway blend of coffee, poured into shots of espresso and mixed into THICC Cookie dough and a THICC amount of couverture chocolate chips and New Zealand butter. The Broadway Blend coffee is a wonderfully complex coffee with hints of berry, brown sugar and molasses, these flavour profiles are a perfect match for a... chocolate chip cookie.
