Lately, our sharing sessions have been about reflecting on our values where we hear from each team member about how they are bringing our values to life. We appreciate that each of our team members has a unique way to express our values and that's what makes these sharing sessions so interesting and so valuable.

11.01.2022 What a fabulous evening we shared with our Learning and Development community last night! Our swap meets are usually held in a Melbourne venue and are about good food, wine and conversation, but last night we went virtual and were able to connect with people all around Australia! We heard from Kate Fuller of Bendigo Health about her experience leading a team to rapidly respond to COVID, and we loved hearing from Brendan Smith at Built., Chloe Fast at carsales and Dave Brown ...at Noisy Beast about what it means to lead in these times. Ray Good provided some great little micro-mindfulness strategies for us to walk away with too. Thanks also to Carla who provided the night's entertainment and reminded us how much we all love live music and a bit of dancing! A big thanks to everyone for coming along and getting involved.
