Ive been running group-training classes for over 8 years.. We started in the park, moved to a shared space in pac pines primary. Then we moved to helensvale to the church which was so amazing but still NO AIRCON..... for the first time ever we have our very own space which is seriously like a fridge with these air cons p...umping. 01.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone who participated in our recent 8 Week Lifestyle Revolution!!! It really is so hard to pick one winner when we have sooooo many incredible results.. We choose one overall winner which is based on.. 1: Body composition 2: Fitness Testing ... 3: Attendance Our WINNER this round is the amazing Jade Francis! Jade Francis Jade lost body fat & gained muscle mass and absolutely smashed he Fitness testing. And every single session gave it her all! Our runner up was Sarah Wheatley who also did incredible!! Also losing body fat, gaining muscle mass and smashing her fitness testing and giving it 100% to every class!! It was a very close race!! We also had a phenomenal result from our Rachel Waters!! Probably the best result I've ever seen in 8 weeks!! She lost a whopping 11.5kgs body fat and gained 1.4kg in muscles mass! There were soooo many more that also did amazing!
