23.01.2022 Tai Chi & Qi Gong principles include expanded breathing, good posture, mindful alignment, relaxation and cultivating personal power. Follow along with the flow and have fun. Breathe in and out through your nose with full yet gentle conscious breaths. Expand your ribcage, straighten up and elongate your spine with each breath in. Relax your face, neck shoulders and gently bend your knees with each breath out. Rise as you inhale, ground as you exhale.
