24.01.2022 I highly recommend doing absolutely nothing for 30mins a day. This is me most Fridays. I take 5 conscious breathes before I start my working day. ... I see 2 clients in the morning. I head to the cafe to have a quiet moment to myself. I enjoy the music & occasionally ease drop on other people’s conversations. After I refuel & enjoy some breathing space in my day, I see 3 clients in the afternoon. I finish the day with 10mins of relaxation. At the start of the year I plan my ideal day & week. And as the year unfolds I am doing just as I planned. Dream outloud, write in down & move towards it.
23.01.2022 I look forward to my Thursday Mornings! Coffee date with myself and a good old brain dump of 'all the things' circling my head. I set a timer for 5 minutes & put all my thoughts (& stuff to do) in squares. I list things like; Personal Admin tasks, Birthdays, Health, Work projects & whatever else is in my mind.... I then highlight & prioritise tasks & pop them in my diary. I always feel way more organised & lighter after doing it. Try it.

20.01.2022 Hello Monday! Starting my day with nature, sunshine, gentle movement...and some quiet time just for me. Today is all about filling myself up. Over the weekend I've felt less than average. I caught someones cold, damn it. I'm running on 70% which means I've got another 40% of my tank to refuel. I prefer to operate on 110%. ... So here's what I'm doing today to get myself back. Loads of water VitC and Zinc Green juice Ginger and Lemon Tea Walk in nature, morning sun on my skin A 40min meditation A 30min soundhealing A Coaching session just for me. How wonderful it is for someone to hold space for me. And a moment of joy...right here with a coffee and a croissant in peace. This might seem a lot, however this allows me to bounce back quicker than most people even noticed I was down. And boom I'll be back bouncing off the walls in a day or 2. 19.01.2022 Hi I'm Dee If we haven't met yet...here's a little about me. I choose a word or theme each year. 2020 is Freedom. ... Every week I check-in with they way I want to feel on a daily basis, I've narrowed it down to Connected, Growth, Joy and Peaceful. I feel connected when I'm having a conversation with 1 person. I'm all in. Presence is my gift. I feel growth when I'm learning something new. I feel joy when I'm with my friends. I feel peaceful when I'm on my own. I look after myself with meditation, running, walking, occasionally yoga and hanging out with people who know me, all parts of me. I wake up every morning to my 4 year old and feel like the luckiest mummy in the world, and I tell her that. My work as a massage therapist, life coach and mindfulness teacher makes me feel good. Fulfillment is worth millions. I dream of...facilitating meditation sessions in beautiful holiday destinations to kind hearted people. Kind hearted people are my people. Maybe a Zoom background with palm trees for now. I turned 40 last year. The best 4 days with the best people and I came home with my first tattoo [I haven't told my mum yet]. 13.01.2022 Epic night last night! This is my favorite image from my part of someone elses amazing journey. My friend Onur, ticked over 100kms & 10 summits last night in Canberra. A massive goal. Myself & Kaye (another friend) got to support her for the last 25kms and 2 summits over 6hrs, finishing at 3:30am. With much pain also came much glory for her. I consciously choose to surround & support courageous people.There is a palpable ripple effect that just feels good and you cant hel...p but want in. Onurs journey has now woven itself into mine & I cant thank her enough for the experience she also gave me. Thanks Onur for being so courageous, everyone is so proud of you. Dee

10.01.2022 I’ve had the perfect end to 2020. Plenty of fun with friends & family at the beach for the past week. I’m so bloody relaxed right now. I’m loving this coastal vibe. My theme for 2020 was Freedom. I felt it. ... My top preferred feeling states were; Joy, Connection & Growth. It was so great to come back to these words often, making sure my goals & actions were aligned. I had 20 goals this year & pretty much nailed them all with a few Covid tweaks. A trip to Melbourne to visit my girlfriends will be something I’ll pop on my 2021 Vision board. This year I took my meditation & group coaching online and supported more than 400 people across 7 countries. I went from slightly scared to excited for the next class. That’s some growth. Thank you to everyone who I’ve had the honor to work with this year. I feel so lucky to do the work I do and I’m really excited for next year. 08.01.2022 The brain thinks and the heart knows. Arh...that was the most enjoyable 30 minute meditation of the entire month. I've had a lot of unpleasant ones lately. That usually indicates my mind is too busy. I recently watched the series 'Rewired' by Dr Joe Dispenza on Gaia. Whenever I do a course, program or workshop I consider 2 questions.... 1. What was my biggest takeaway/learning. 2. How can I implement this into my life. In this series there is alot of science explaining the importanance of making the brain and heart coherent (working together). We tend to think of these as seperate. I am now going to start all my meditations with breathing into my heart and slowing down my breath. To do this I make my exhale twice as long. This seems to slow down my brain too. Yippee. I tried this today and it worked an absolute treat! - If you know you could be a little happier and maybe a little healthier and struggle to start or get back on the wagon, send me a DM. We can combine your coaching session with a walk and thats an awesome use of your time.

01.01.2022 What the hell am I doing?! Im getting ready to run 25kms of hills tonight. Im supporting a friend kick a massive goal of 100kms. When she told me she was doing it my whole body got excited for her. And these words flew out of my mouth; Let me know if you need an extra support runner. ... I tend to say Yes & worry about the details later. Especially when its this exciting. What she doesnt know; I havent ran 25kms in nearly 7yrs Hills are not my friend I dont even like taking the bin out at night let alone summiting 2 mountains! But what I do know; Im really excited for her Shell be hurting way more than me & she needs all the support Ill do whatever I can to help her achieve her 100kms Onur you are AMAZING!!
01.01.2022 Ive been jumping up & down for 2 days in the living room & breaking wood with my hands! Gosh its been fun! Ive had Tony Robbins on my bucket list for so long, this year he went on my vision board. My vision board is a list of things I want to have, be or experience. Very tangible & the best thing I do every year. I love me some RAH RAH. Im a little addicted to high vibe, it makes me do shit. Cool shit. ... Anyway...Im not even half way through this virtual course & I am loving it! Cant wait to bring some new techniques into my life & others. FIRST TIP: You gotta move your body & take care of it. Do that & Ill tell you whats next....
