Currently the road is closed in a westbound direction (coming from Newcastle). This may impact those going to the 10am class. Please take care on the roads with this weather

20.01.2022 Hi Crew! Bit of exciting news, we have confirmed a Seminar/workshop for the 5th of December. It will be run by Rhyse Saliba (NSW Champ, Australian Champ, World Champ) and Mosi Abdollahi (Prince Cup Thailand Champ, Asian Champ, World Champ). It will run for 2hrs and be $70pp. Contact the page to book your spot as space is limited. 15.01.2022 NEXT TUESDAY! We are having Mark from Stuart Dentures and Mouthguards in the gym to mould custom mouthguards for anyone that wants one! These are a great investment for anyone that does Muay Thai. They will start at $130 and are fully customizable as you can see in the attached picture. 14.01.2022 FOTY 1987 Langsuan Phanyutthapoom Heartless Kneestriker This week I’ve been thinking a lot about the work ethic that a fighter needs to have, Langsuan embodied this work ethic.... He was 3x Lumpinee Champion as well as the WMC Muay Thai World Champion. He fought, and beat, many other legends of the Golden Age, including Hippy Singmanee and Karuhat Supawan. Langsuan believed that Muay Khao need to train harder than everyone else and was said to be a nightmare to fight due to his conditioning and relentless knees. An interesting side note is the #langsuan1000 challenge from @sylviemuay which entails increasing the teeps and knees you would normally do per session to 1000 each. This challenge was inspired from her sessions with Langsuan and what he said Muay Khao should be doing. I did the challenge during fight prep and I feel like it got me into fantastic shape and really helped my knees and teeps, give it a go and let us know what you think!

12.01.2022 Today we say goodbye to a longtime member, Tom. Tom is moving to Canberra and will be sorely missed at the gym, though at least now we can setup the Tom vs Shae super fight at 86kg. Best of luck Tommy and we’ll see you when we all come to stay at your place for any Canberra fight nights!
