23.01.2022 3rd 4th Colac Joeys, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers are unable to meet at the moment. As soon as we are allowed we’ll be up and going. I know the leaders are organising activities for their sections and they will be arriving soon (if the haven’t already) Some of our Venturers are on an ‘online camp’ right at this minute! Please keep safe and well everyone

17.01.2022 Our Bush Fire Appeal Badge (National Badge) is now in production and will be available through the online Scout Shop at a cost of $5 per badge shortly. We have ...had $30,000 donated already to assist with production so that 100% of funds can go towards the fire appeal to support victims. In Victoria, the badge can be worn on the uniform where special even badges are worn. Please support this appeal and support those impacted by the devastating fires across Victoria. See more

14.01.2022 ANOTHER GREAT IDEA, who’s in? Each year Scout Groups across the State have proudly participated in local ANZAC Day ceremonies and parades. Current restrictions around gatherings mean we are unable to do this in 2020. This year we’re inviting members from all Groups and all Sections to participate in our Camp@Home ANZAC 2020 Experience. To register for the event visit: https://bit.ly/snswanzacexperience Set up your own ANZAC campsite at home, enjoy camp activities and particip...ate in the ANZAC Day end of your driveway Vigil on the morning of 25 April. You can also complete challenges to earn the 2020 Their Service, Our Heritage badge and the Camp@Home ANZAC Experience 2020 badge. ANZAC Day is an important annual event and a timely opportunity to bring together our Scouting community to commemorate, show respect and gain a deeper understanding about ANZAC Day and those who have served and currently serve Australia.

07.01.2022 STAND TO FOR THE ANZACs With ANZAC Day Commemorations across the country cancelled, many of us are looking to different ways to mark this important day. At 6am on ANZAC Day, join other Scouts and RSL Sub Branches and STAND TO. ... At the end of your driveway, on your balcony, or in your living room stand for a minutes silence to remember all those who have served and sacrificed for this nation. Comment below and commit now to STAND TO this ANZAC Day. While we may be isolated, we will be united, together we will mark this important day in a way we never have before. Share your photos here and use #STANDTO and #lightupthedawn to connect with the RSL. We may not be able to stand together as we usually would, but we can still stand united in spirit.

05.01.2022 Due to the current situation in Colac we’re not meeting for the next 2 weeks.
