08.01.2022 We have been asked about the flavour of Third Pillar. Our oil is medium to robust with grassy flavours and a peppery finish. Here are the judge's comments from the 2014 Perth Royal Show. Geographe Blend: Strong palate of tomato and winter greens which lingers and complements the excellent finish. Gargano Blend: Mild fresh herbaceous nutty flavour.Clean palate with good fruit. Balanced pungency and bitterness.
