Not only is she is stunningly elegant and sculptural but she brings a sense of peace and calm to the space. ... Many guest are in awe of the tree that can be found in the studio however the olive tree is a constant reminder for us to reconnect with nature where and when you can. Research has found the spending as little as 10 minute in a 'natural environment' has a huge impact on happiness, health and general wellbeing. Its has also been associated with a reduction of cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, asthma, mental distress, and ultimately mortality. So where you can, try to make a habit to spend more time in nature: exercise outside instead of going to the gym; have lunch outdoors; and spend as much of your weekends as you can out in nature. When we talk to our guest about finding a third space in your day, we normally think about all the big changes that we can make to help us de-stress.
