25.01.2022 THIRTEEN HAIR SPA UPDATE With Covid-19 in our Country and new social distancing requirements in place, we are doing everything possible to keep our salon hygienically clean and keep the distance between everyone in the salon. Following government guidelines we have a 2 metre space between clients. We sanitise before and after each client and ask that you help us too! When you arrive, please sanitise your hands. If you are feeling at all unwell, please cancel your appoi...ntment. We also ask that only the client attends the appointment (no other family, friends or children will be able to come with you to minimise the number of people in the salon). At this time, we wont be taking on any new clients. We understand that this isnt what we are all used to, but it will be the new norm for a while. We truly appreciate everyones support and understanding through all of this. While we are still allowed to be open, we will be! And will do it following the strict guidelines. 19.01.2022 CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENT UPDATE! I am fully booked from the 15th December onwards. I have VERY limited availability between now and then! At a guess, my books will be closed within the next week, until the 10th January! ... The salon will also be closed from tomorrow afternoon, until weds 27th November! 18.01.2022 The salon will be closed today for a friends wedding. We will be back on Monday 23rd for our LAST DAY THIS YEAR!! We will be open from 8:30 til 3:00pm. So if you need to pop in for a last minute gift, hair product or vouchers, monday is the day! The salon will reopen next year on January 10th. Xx

16.01.2022 I would like to thank you all for your continued support over the years I am currently winding down to my maternity leave. I am taking bookings until the end of June. I am fully booked for the rest of May and my June availability is limited. I am unsure how long I will be away from the salon. At this stage it is open ended with no plan until we meet our baby and figure out our new normal. I plan to enjoy the precious time with our new baby! With the devastatingly... horrendous news about Caroline Flack we will not be promoting these magazines that troll people, put people down, advertise peoples personal issues, criticise peoples outfits.....the list goes on. #bekind We will be replacing them with informative local magazines and adult colouring books All salons lets get together and all do this

09.01.2022 People are cancelling their appointments left, right and centre! I went to Fiona Stanley yesterday and had the COVID-19 test so as not to put any of you at risk after my travels. I am currently awaiting results and should have them back by Monday at the latest. I could have closed the salon for 2 weeks unnecessarily, but chose to be tested so as not to inconvenience you all. I am pregnant and putting myself at risk daily being around the public, people who still choose to come to the hairdresser even though they are off work sick. I hope you can all appreciate that Im running a business. My books are full for the next month, and the coming months are filling fast with the pending arrival of our baby! I will update when I have results and appreciate your patience in the meantime!

I try to answer the phone as much as I possibly can, but please, if I don’t get to it, leave a message! I can not get back to you if you don’t! ... If I don’t return your call within 24 hours, remember.. some days I work 8am-9pm, without a lunch break or time to stop. I also sometimes have 10+ messages to respond to. I will call you back when I get a minute! (at a reasonable hour of the day. ) This is my first Christmas flying solo, and I truly am doing the very best I can for you all! I am only this insanely busy thanks to your loyalty and ongoing support! I appreciate this more than you know!
