11.01.2022 Today marks 3 years since i moved to Margaret River! I never ever imagined i would be where i am in life right now. I am in an amazing place with my little family of Butch and Billie. Leading into the festive season our lives get very busy and we have more and more social commitments filling our calendar.... Remember to take time for you so you can keep emotionally stable and being your best self, whether it be a solo beach walk, daily meditation, journalling or setting a few hours aside to read a book or have your regular massage. Thank you to all of my amazing clients for your continued support, i love having you all apart of my business! I am currently not taking on any new clients until February 2018. And i spent most of my life making judgement real and true for me, and all it prevented is me creating an epic life, money, harmony with m...y body and energy, happiness and joy. . Judgement becomes real when we react to it and put up our walls to make the other person wrong for having a different point of view to us, or having a point of view about us. . Next time you receive a judgement from someone, don’t resist it, literally imagine it passing through you and let it go. . Let it go and choose to keep creating! See more

04.01.2022 What does success FEEL like to me? The man and dog i love, standing by my side everyday. Doing something i love everyday for work. A swim in the ocean everyday. Waking up in a warm and sunny climate.... Falling deeper in love with my beloved everyday, and him the same back. Growing a family with my beloved. Time for family, friends and laughs. Growth by diving into fear and the unknown. Early mornings with meditation, yoga and long long walks. A beautiful house by the ocean. Speaking my heart out to help others in the world love deeper. Self-care, self-love and a deep reverence for my body. Honouring my boundaries, limits and energy. A deep connection to the universe. Days where I don’t have to do a thing but cook and create beautiful things. Organic fresh food in my fridge and cupboard. Spacious days. Slow days when i choose. Hours free to write my heart out. Writing books filled with love and honesty. Dance, happiness, joy and creative expression. Some of these things i am yet to create in my life, some of these things are present in my every day, no matter what you dream of, it is achievable. I am creating a life that will bring all of these things in. What does success look and feel like to you, something i pondered and wrote about yesterday after listening to @iamsahararose ’s podcast. This will now be at my bedside. Success is whatever you want it to be.
