09.01.2022 SEAHAWKS TO SOAR WITH KIRIAU | North Gold Coast Seahawks are excited to announce Seahawks QBL and Auckland Dream WBC stand-out Kayla Kiriau as their Under 16 Girls Head Coach for the 2019 - 2020 representative season. Kiriau has a wealth of hoops experience including the US college level after attending Sheriden College (WY ) & Point Park University (PA). She is also the current Pimpama Pelicans Club coordinator, being the newest basketball club of the Seahawks association.... Seahawks are looking for Under 16 girls (born 2005 / 2006) to launch their upcoming representative season - and those players should have a passion for basketball and desire to improve their skills as part of a "TEAM". Kiriau is enthused by the challenge to lead a new group of girls through the upcoming inter-association competitions. "Im excited about the opportunity to develop the next generation of Seahawks girls", Kiriau said. "I will be working hard to help foster the pathway for females through to SBL / QBL level". Plans for the Under 16 girls squad include opportunities to attend invitational tournaments in Malaysia & NZ. For more information please contact Kayla Kiriau by phone on 0432904075.
