Here are some exercises thatll help you unlock your thoracic mobility Improving thoracic mobility is SUPER important for reducing lower back pain. A lot of people over compensate thoracic movements using their hips and lower back, causing issues below T12 of the spine (e.g. golfers swing, overhead press, turning suddenly at work). 1 Side Lying Thoracic Rotation... - Follow your hand with your eyes the whole way around, keeping your pelvis locked 2 & 3 Kneeling Thoracic Rotation - Ise a yoga block or ball between the wall & your knee - As you see in the last rotation of video 2, the object between your knee and the wall will stop the pelvis compensating for your thoracic spine Add these to your upper body warm up and your everyday lunch time routine to move the body!
