08.01.2022 Vicdrift Round 2 Championship series Finally the smoke has settled and a chance to throw together a quick wrap up post! Hands down the best event of the year to date! Hanging with rad mates! with some of the best drivers around Australia and NZ! It was a huge push to make the event with a fresh motor being built in just 3 days to make it all possible! Practise saw me pair up with one of my D1NZ homies Ben Jenkins from Team Jenkins Motorsport as we ran the walls of t...he Formula Drift layout! This kid is a rad driver and mad fun throwing it down with him! special shout out goes to Troy Jenkins for spotting for me and all the help and advise as well as those SCR Drift Team boys. I really tried to step my driving game up this event and i think it payed off throwing down some awesome runs and wall scrapes! unfortunately in battle after a great lead run i made contact with Adrian Blanksby causing the car to shut down and un able to continue the run, but thats motorsport! We couldn't have done it with out all the support from sponsors! AP Custom Panel & Paint for those long hours keeping the car clean and paint on point! X3E Motorsports for the brand new turbo parts, manifold and fresh AMSOIL INC. and Competition Clutch Chequered Tuning for the endless help and advise not to mention the best tune in the business!
