07.01.2022 Well it had to happen and it finally has! New Norfolk High Street Market IS BACK!! The grand reopening is on 4th July. YES SATURDAY WEEK! ONLY 8 DAYS AWAY!! MOH...S will be having tables in the market as well as being opened from 8am - 2pm in-store. So makers, start working overtime as we need your stock on those tables and please let us know if you can help with manning those tables for a few hours... BRING ON THE 4TH JULY!! ...RUNNING AROUND SCREAMING..."THE MARKET IS BACK...BAHAHAHA THE MARKET IS BACK!!"

06.01.2022 Just check this out... Vanilla sponge (Mum's Recipe) jumbo sized, full of vanilla cream and strawberies and on top as well with the addition of blueberries! A birthday cake request for a lass turning 18 today!

04.01.2022 A very early start to a full day of cooking... first up is 26 jars of liquid gold... Lemon Curd... first batch for the year... even enough excess for tastings... Tassie Lemons and Thistledew eggs... 2 eggs and 1 lemon per jar! These won't last long so get into Makers on High Street to secure you jar. More to come later in the day... I think I heard cheese mentioned... Len has just gone down to chat to the cows... lol
