19.01.2022 This week, one of our clinical psychologists, Dr Alison Mahoney, shares some helpful reminders and tips for dealing with stress in our lives and how we can better manage it. If you're interested in our free Coping with Stress course, check out our course information page at: https://thiswayup.org.au/courses/coping-with-stress-course/

19.01.2022 We’re proud to announce that our new website https://thiswayup.org.au/ is live and ready for you to check out! We’re the same THIS WAY UP, just with an updated look. Our team have worked hard over the last few months to focus on making our website easier for you to explore and learn more about the online courses we offer for anxiety and depression, and how they can significantly help. We’ve added brand-new FAQs to answer your important questions on getting started, and have... also created a new section with ‘Coping and Resilience Tools’, including the COVID-19 Tools we introduced earlier this year. Check out our new website today at thiswayup.org.au if you’re interested to find out more about our clinically-proven strategies to help you improve the way you feel, and reclaim your mental health. 15.01.2022 We love it when clinicians are advocates for our programs

14.01.2022 On #AlliedHealthProfessionalsDay we want to acknowledge the diverse group of clinicians who help to support and care for our mental wellbeing. Here at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney, our very own Dr Alison Mahoney and Dr Hila Haskelberg were awarded at the Inaugural Allied Health Day Awards, receiving the Research Award and CEO Award! We are so grateful for all the hard work, passion and dedication that Alison and Hila have invested into THIS WAY UP over the years.

12.01.2022 Thank you for sharing this important message. #InternationalMensDay2020

12.01.2022 Having an 'R U OK?' conversation can be challenging to navigate, especially if we've noticed that the people we care about may not be okay. Knowing how to approach this conversation, and what we can say, is important. Our Clinical Director, Dr Michael Millard, shares some tips in the video below on how we can cope together through difficult times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The team at R U OK Day have also developed a useful guide for preparing and having these important conversations, which you can read via https://irp-cdn.multiscreensite.com//RUOKDay2020_Conversat
