Prep Ingredients and Utensils Then begin to cook All in a specific order You learn foundational techniques. Frying, Baking, Stirring, Chopping, Flipping, etc. But the most importantYou perform REPS. You keep cooking. Over and over and over again. Now the same thing applies in the gym. And everything else in life. If you’re struggling to build confidence to go to the gym or have been going a little bit but can’t quite find your groove, I can help you out. If you don’t ACTUALLY believe that you can stick to something, you won’t. If you don’t truly care about something, you won’t push through. Sometimes we get caught doing things we feel like we want but not ACTUALLY want. This can pull us away from doing things that light us up. 20.01.2022 Social media is not the problem, it’s you. As humans, we have strengths, we have weaknesses. We have pros, we have cons.... Just like social media does. If you find something triggering, offensive, it makes you sad, angry, furious. That’s on you. Just the same as if something makes you happy, inspired, motivated and proud. That’s also on you. You have the power to work on them. If something triggers you in a positive or negative way. Why has it? Question it. Look deeper and work on it. You have the power and ability to control how you think, react and respond to what you see and hear. The content you come across on social media are there because you follow that specific page or thing and therefore recommends similar content that shows up in your feed. It’s on you. Not social media. If you don’t like the things you see. Block. Unfollow. Mute. Delete. You have the power. P.S. Yes, there is vile and disgusting shit on social media that will show up. That is negative, that is terrible. There are outliers to this. More often than not, you have the power and it’s in your control.

Exercises may be performed and/or prescribed poorly depending on your development, goals, history, etc.... Which could literally be any exercise if given the right opportunity. 02.01.2022 This is only a portion of the amazing ladies I get to work with. But lockdown hasn’t slowed ANYONE down. For those who aren’t pictured...They are still logging session, getting steps up and eating well.... Some of these ladies have dumbbells but most of us are using bodyweight only exercises. Utilising techniques and adjustments to keep the intensity up without the need for much equipment.
