Dropped from 82kg to 68kg in 6 weeks with some simple eating adjustments, cutting out the booze and adding in a few sessions a week with me and by himself at home too. Then we began our rebuild! The end goal is to be a lean, fit 75kg and he’s currently at 72kg which has taken just another 6 weeks.
