01.01.2022 It might come as surprise given the year we've had, but the ACT housing market reached a record high last quarter. House prices in Canberra rose by 0.9 per cen...t while unit values fell by 0.1 per cent, and the median price of a home in June reached more than $641,000. CoreLogic research found given the reduced interest rate, the market is performing as expected. It says the ACT is in a good place because of low coronavirus case numbers and traditionally stable employment.
