This could put a strain on volunteer resources. At these times you must not: - Light, maintain or use a fire in the open air. - Carry out any activity that could start a fire. This includes: - All open fires for the purpose of cooking or camping are not allowed. - Hot work such as metal work, grinding, welding, soldering, gas cutting or similar is not allowed unless you have an exemption. 01.01.2022 Due to the risk of transferring the Coronaviris ( COVID-19) all meetings and training is cancelled. This includes the training/busy bee planned for tomorrow the 18th of March. We are to be response only. This recommendation/decision has been made by the shire in consultation with Fire Chief Max Walker, it is strongly encouraged that all brigades in our Shire resort to becoming Response Only until further notice.
