We will close at 12pm tomorrow (Thursday 9th April) and we will be closed Good Friday (10th April), Saturday 11th April, Easter Sunday (12th April) and Monday 13th April. We are very fortunate that it is business as usual for us, including fundraising bookings and orders, but with a few tweaks. Our office:... - We ask that if you are unwell or have recently returned from overseas, please do not visit. We offer FREE delivery to all Newcastle area customers who order over $80. - We will only be allowing one customer at a time into our office, and will be asking our customers to wait outside the office for the previous customer to leave before entering. - Our staff are using hand sanitiser whenever they serve a customer or collect an order. - Our office team also use headsets when taking orders to minimise touch prints. - We are encouraging contact-free payments. We have facilities for cashless payment including tap and go. Cleanliness: - We have always followed best practice when it comes to hand hygiene and we continue to be diligent when it comes to washing hands and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness. - We have introduced extra cleaning of surfaces and are wiping down our office counter after every visitor. Deliveries: - Our delivery team has hand sanitiser and disposable gloves in their vehicles, which they are using before and after every delivery. - We ask if you are receiving a delivery to your home and are in isolation, to please let our team know. - If you are local to the Newcastle area, we offer free delivery for orders over $80.
